Shipping policy

We ship quickly and securely via GLS parcel service within 1–3 days after receipt of order.

As a standard, shipping of goods is only possible to the countries listed below.

If you order multiple items from us within one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be based on the delivery time of the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state-recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

Germany

For standard delivery within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.99 euros. We currently do not charge any island surcharge in Germany.

For orders with a value of 39 euros or more, we currently deliver free of shipping costs throughout Germany.

The standard transit time for DHL small parcel and GLS small parcel is 2–3 days, i.e., total delivery time approximately 3–6 days.

Within Germany, we also optionally offer express shipping via Zenrush.

On the respective product detail page, you can see the expected arrival date of your shipment.

For express shipping, we charge 6.99 euros per order.

EU

Austria

For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of 7.99 euros. For orders with a value of 49 euros or more, we deliver free of shipping costs to Austria. The standard transit time (DHL Warenpost International) is 4–7 days, i.e., total delivery time approximately 7–9 days.

Other Countries

If you wish shipping to another country, please email us (service@volummi.com) before placing an order and tell us the item with the quantity, the delivery address including country and the relevant postal code. We will then inform you promptly whether we can also ship to the desired country and — if delivery to the requested address is possible — inform you of the shipping costs, since we have to check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.
